It is to be understood that Mandaville Camp & Retreat Center will maintain all kitchen services for the cooking, serving and cleanup of all meals

The following fees include:
 Overnight accommodations
 Three meals which include one supper, one breakfast and one lunch
 Campers and staff are responsible to bring their own bedding, pillows and linens

 Up to 20 people, including staff —––– $35.00 per person / 2 nights and 6 meals —–– $70
 For each additional person up to 50 —–––– $30.00 per person / 2 nights and 6 meals —–$55
 The minimum flat rate per group is —–––––– $350.00 / Flat rate for a 2 night stay is —– $700

For individuals not staying overnight but attending meetings and meals, the cost will be $6.00 per meal / per person

There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit which is applied to the total amount at the time of departure.

If a previously scheduled date must be changed, a two week advance notice is greatly appreciated
