Camp Forms
Please fill out a medical form for each child attending summer camps. Also if you would have your doctor fill out the medication authorization for each child if you desire for them to get medicine as needed. Please note: we cannot give any over the counter medication without a doctor sign off.

Base Camp
Eager to take on a new challenge and develop leadership potential? The Base Camp program is designed to encourage and equip you to grow in your Christian faith and personal character by: participating in Bible study and group discussions and activities, performing various camp tasks with campers, helping in dining room, and grounds work. Daily interactions with peers and camp staff members. You will normally sleep in the dorms with campers and be a mentor and helper to them. Approved application and references required. Contact camp for an application by May 1st(director@campmandaville.org). This opportunity is available only during some camps. Limited spaces.

June 30- July 3 – $30 or July 28-Aug. 2 – $50
Mini Week
Designed for our younger campers we offer a shorter week away from home. Same great camp experience just a few days shorter to allow for them to get used to our facilities. We always offer day camp options if you don’t think your child is ready for overnight.
Ages: 7-9
June 30- July 3 $195
Teen Week
Campers will enjoy challenging, fun outdoor and indoor activities. Try archery, low ropes course, group activities, human foosball, and much more.
Ages: 13-17
July 7-12 $295
Pioneer Boys
A complete outdoor adventure for boys in our Pioneer campsite that includes cooking meals over the fire and in our mud oven, learning proper use and mastery of camp tools, and more. Limited spaces.

Mega Week
A full week of camp for a broader age group. This is the full Mandaville experience with fun outdoor and indoor activities. Be prepared to have a blast!
